How to Start a Remote Job Search
There are plenty of situations where you can truly do the work remotely. If you want to be a general manager and e-comm you can expect to be in the office I would say three to four days a week at least. Being a recruiter these days it's you know you need LinkedIn recruiter like a bond trader needs a Bloomberg terminal. So we'll go build a list in LinkedIn and using our own applicant tracking system where LinkedIn will reach out to candidates. We make a percentage of the candidates first year based salary if and only if the client makes a higher through us.
