Training is not the answer to everything in fact maker and pipe identify a number of things that may come up that don't have things to do with training someone. Are there any barriers or challenges that are getting in the way? I kind of want to add some C's to Stephen Covey's definition of trust we talked about character competence but there's also the idea of capacity and capacity might we might be held back either by just apathy or a desire not to move on. Dave caution both of us to be sorting people into dichotomous categories when we really think about it people are hardly ever divided into they just need more training or they're completely over their head.
