Castle Rock vs. Gonzales

Jessica gonzales had three daughters with her husband, and a restraining order against them. She filed for one in 19 99 after a long history of violence and abuse. Conzales called the castle rock police department for help. An officer took the report and then went to dinner. Finally, at three 20 a m, her husband showed up at the police station ting a semi automatic handgun. The police shot him dead and discovered in his pickup truck the bodies of all three children whom he had already murdered.
