How to Balance Full Time Job and Freelancing
After a year of freelancing and working part time as a graphic design contractor, I decided to go back to work full time. But the mistake I made was to keep doing full time freelance work because I really enjoyed working with my clients. This is also the reason why I want to become a freelancer in the future. My failure is more often a burning out feeling like low motivation. Because that's not how I want to be.
