How to Navigate a New Technology in Product Development
UX experience it doesn't just live solely in product it's part of like the whole company experience. We love that our customers can talk to us as fast as we can talk to them in a quick slack I think slack is nice and more casual. In reaching out someone doesn't feel like they need to go find an email address and send us an email they know that they can find us in slack. That has just really helped us understand customers immediately or they'll ask a question that answers the research thought that we were having validates an idea that we had.
