Digital real estate prices have been given a boose by soaring interest in the metaverse. Virtual property has gone from being this really nich and obscure part of gaming to something that investors are willing to spend millions to own. The decision to buy, rent out or hold on to virtual property with the intent of selling it later, is a bet that its value will increase as more people join them at a verse.
