I'm a speaker, so i have to go into a speech in jamaica with six other speakers. And if the theme is a certain thing, you know, it's some how to get to an altered state in your inner consciousness. So when i went to college for five years, igot, my ass kicked. I got humiliated by conductors cause i couldn't read real good. It was all many moments. Whethe rit's drumming, sports, diet, raising, family relationships, anything, repetition. Is taking self discipline and hard work and putting it into an action. And then the fourth thing is you create a goal. You create a plan that you execute
