Children of Man at Dystopia

"Children of men at dystopia could not have happened. Can't happen," he said. The movie's plot was pointedly unexplained in the third act when people couldn't have children but then one person could. It seems like it wasn't in the sort of cabal's interest or the power structure's interest within the movie.
