The Average Price of a Property in Missouri
The past couple years it was something insane 10 to 12% increases on yeah, on you know, value. Today's price is the same price it was in April of last year. So I think that we're going to see a little bit more leveling out which obviously has implications for not only our team, but just like the industry in general here. There's been some people falling out of the game and it's starting to get tough again.
