Gen Xers and Sensitivities

Nomad generation Xers in particular struggle with why people are so easily offended or triggered. Well, and what's interesting though is I've also found Gen Xers to be some of the, the harshest in their support and white knighting of people's sensitivities. Does it make sense? Well, maybe because of the trauma that was faced as children.
