Resilience in the Face of Tough Times

I think that if you look at 2023 there's a lot more risk on the downside than there is on the upside just at the moment so last year with a really tough year for businesses of our type to make returns. We will make a positive return last year I'm pretty sure which will be pretty unusual. What you need from your teams is resilience. You need people who really believe in the desire to get to your end point.
