Lord Sumton says he would not get rid of the bill altogether in its current form. He thinks there is genuine public concern about some categories of information, illegal content and child sexual exploitation. Lord Sumton: We have basically got to accept a certain amount of harmful material on the internet because getting rid of it is worse than the problem itself.
