Goat Nomads in the Desert

I like cities but I don't think that they have very widespread cities because of course desert a city has to have access to water so they would probably have some small semi-permanent population centers springing up around oases and along the coasts. The biggest cities are going to be definitely on the coast which is I think typical for many cultures throughout history.
