How to Talk to a Toxic Leader

Toxic leaders are very good at not letting their people they work for their superior officers. They're able to hide it, and you got to be careful as a leader to make sure that's not happening. One of the best ways a leader could show respect to others is by asking for their opinion and then seriously considering it.
