The Importance of Choice Architecture

I was thinking about your book at a restaurant. And you mentioned that there's this thing called menu science that all of the restaurant tours are exposed to and it turns out to be mostly bunk. So part of what I found interesting about the book is that our folk psychology about what matters does not always line up with what the academic research suggests. Or our intuitions are pretty bad too. Then I think the key is our principles. This is saying why it matters.
