Is Voting Really a Test in America?

In san francisco, where i live for 20 years, there were five elections in 12 months, one year. In places like california and a bunch of other states too, you can collect signatures to petition to get an initiative on the ballot. There's afoo law called the voni rights act that hans on called two o three. That requires some jurisdictions, based on population, to provide voting and elections information in certain languages,. depending on what the population is. And so we do tons of testing with those kinds of folks, and are right now in throes of really cool tools for election officials.
