The formula for a positive no is a combination of two of these: accommodate where you say, yes to yourself and attack. I don't like the open-ended, open-to-interpretation definition of what is actually going to get done when you create something. And this is the thing that has really clicked for me with this 12-week year session. It's given me mental support and scaffolding to help me stick with it.
