The Hong Kong Government's Zero Fee for Migrant Domestic Workers

The black monthly introduced by the government is applicable for all migrant domestic workers everywhere. It's not only just Hong Kong. So meaning that Hong Kong is not the first time, you know, introduced about their fees. But there is no clear mechanism how the government will arrange or will talk with the Hong Kong government itself to make sure that it's the regulation is not burdened to the employer and also giving a double burden to the domestic workers.
