Sleep is a very important part of healthy eating, good sleep because it's such a foundation for everything. Without that sleep they may and then also that when you're talking about that yo-yo sleeping that that part of the brain that's developing or that time could be potentially very affected. I'm going to look at my kids get quite a bit of sleep.
