The 11th circuit appeal the Trump team has filed their brief pretty much as expected. Second up was an amicus brief from the state of Texas. They offer this amicus brief to highlight how the administration's conduct in connection with this case is of a piece with the gamesmanship and other questionable conduct that it has been a hallmark of its litigating policy making and public relations efforts. And then something like to stay there where it's like hey weighing in here because we also litigate against these guys and they suck.
