I think what really true, especially of this conversation is that a lot of these things are uncomfortable home truths. There seems to be a few pros currently involved in games such as Stephen Calk or do an absolutely terrific job speaking about Ellie's football career. I mean, what can we do to encourage others to follow suit? Well, do you mean kind of so that when you're released from football at whatever stage it doesn't have a traumatic impact? Is that what you're talking about? My philosophy around that is that work should start soon as somebody enters that environment.
