Parkinson's is a formal disease, though we don't necessarily know the organ of its origination. We wouldn't call that a mental illness just cause we don't know what's causing it. They can't control movevoluntary movement. So for instance, if i hit myself in the a thumb when i'm nailing a nail, does that make nailing an illness? No,. even though the thumb's brokeen, it doesn't make nails an illness.
