Erica, i was burned before having a person on board rd that has this mind set and is so good at this. Trying to navigate these interactions, whether you're on boarding a new vendor or whether you're managing an existing one isn't your skill set. And it's just so much smoother, cheaper, more effective, less time suck, all the things. I remember telling them like, no matter what i say, or how however pass i am about any given thing, do not let me box us in, right? Do not let me push us in a direction where, two years from now we're going to have a major problem. We can have to re architect everything
