The Housing Fear Is Overdone
We're talking about pretty strong nominal growth at this point in time. I mean, i think that that's a huge cushion for the economy and a cushion for for earnings. The housing fear is way overdone. A lot of it is because there's hidden speck in housing. There's speck that people didn't see coming. It's certainlit was nothing like two thousand and eight.
