Cormik has a code reading club to help people learn more about programming. The group almost never have the author of the code there, but they do use randistef from the internet. Some exercises are just looking at variable names and not nesting or conditions. Cormik: "I think that's very important to create a culture in which people are also willing to say that they don't know"
