How Much Fluid Do You Need to Replace During Exercise?

The study was from the Gatorade Sports Sciences Institute. It's only a two hour run in 30 degrees, 70% of VO2 max intervals with a couple of minute rest throughout. The sodium had much less impact than the fluid replacement did on whether the blood sodium went up or down. 4% body mass loss versus 2% body mass gain is very extreme.
