Is It Easier to Ask an Open-Ended Question?
When you ask a closed-ended question and then get a yes or no, that wasn't enough. And maybe that means that I need to share a little bit more before asking an open-ended question. So it's not even like you messed up if you asked a yes orno question or a closed question. You could still go further, continue the conversation, and then ask an open- ended question.
