Cinnamon
Cinnamon was so well loved and so fashionable because it was so expensive. It's probably very unlikely that what we call today, cinema, mverem, true cinnamon, actually came and got its way into the trade to which the Egyptians would be the purchasers or then following the Egyptians, the Romans or all the medieval people in Europe. All of those really like fancy things. And I don't really know why they would do that.
