Paul O'Neill and Professor Beatrice Housa talk to experts about strategy. Alexander Andrei Resvechin was an officer of the Imperial Russian Army, then of the Red Army that was executed at Stalin's orders in 1938. In 1931 he was arrested for a first time but released after seven months in the Gulag 1932. He returned to service and then worked mostly in military intelligence. At the very end of 1937 he was arrested a second time, convicted and shot in July 1938 just before his 60s birthday.
