The Impact of the Pandemic on Education

This is our third year of dealing with the impacts of the pandemic on our education system. The national labor shortage that everyone is experiencing across all sectors is hitting us really hard in terms of substitutes. That's an additional burden we're facing this year. And then we're also really seeing the impact of the Pandemic on academics. But last year we had the pandemic actually an excuse, so it was ok so to right? If students are falling a little bit behind, it's not a big deal. The tests don't matter this year. So that's what i'm observing.
