I've tried to surround myself with the extremely young athletes and performers, but also world record holders in olympic weight lifting. And i've tried to spend more time n the last few years modelling what those people do. Therere there many, um, the first one that comes to mind is the dowdy jing. Rick Rubin has been called "the most important [music] producer of the last 20 years" by MTV. Rick is also revered as something of a Zen master across industries, and he is as deep as he is soft-spoken.
