In chapter one of the book, you share an idea, which which i just thought was really cool. Most of us wake up in the morning and we start with or default cup of coffee. And what aubrey says is that therre issues with that. He said, what you got to do is take 12 ounces of water and consume that. They are two special ingredients you have to add to the water. That is how you want to start your day. Now, aubrey goes on to suggest a couple of other things, getting out and getting sunlight, and then, oddly enough, naked wrestling with your lover.
