The Importance of Retirement Considerations in a Shared Enterprise
Lullabot is an employee owned company based in New York City. The CEO of Lullabot says the value that they're creating as a team is being shared relatively equally among the team, rather than accreting to just one or two individuals. Jacob: Is it fair for most of the wealth generated by the company to still only accrue to a few individuals? Nick: I feel like there's almost a moral imperative that that wealth should start to be shared among all of the people that are creating it.
