The US and China: A Gentle Approach?
Ireland is part of the West and that's never going to change but I don't want the next few decades to be characterized by a new Cold War between the US and China. Tisha asks Alistair if he thinks we need to move into a position of more muscular confrontation with China or do you think a gentle approach would be better.
