The Imperial Order of the Black Eagle met in New York City in the early 1980s. Speakers they hired included Robert Miles a Christian identity theologists who was convicted of a bomb plot to stop public schools integration. In February 1985 shortly after the Order dissolved, Harold von Brownhood spoke on behalf of Reverend Butler at an area nations meeting at a Washington Sheraton.
