Acquisitions - What's the Structure of the Acquisition?
The acquisition price was something between 50% higher and double what I paid for it. One of the things that we had done over time is really aggressively paid on the debt. We had about $6.5 million in debt at the start and then six and a half years later, it was down to just under two. Most of our customers are continued customers, but they aren't contractually obligated to be. And so there is a little bit of a tale to the business. It's probably about a six month lag.
