The Libertarian Party should try to win local races and seize power, he says. If it's in a spoiler situation, the party should extort assurances or make demands from incumbents for things that they can actually do, like pardoning people on gun possession charges who are already in jail. He also wants his party to be at 10% of the vote instead of 5%, as is currently happening.
