The Evolution of Sound in the Pastues
The study of the deep history of sound and sonnec communicaton is very much unappreciated. Opiecing together this in the pastues is very difficult, so how do we do that? One by looking for direct evidence in the fossil record of sound making structures. The other way is indirectly, through genea a trees. We can say that our hioid bone and the genes that are involved in making sound andand vocal culture and language, were present about 500 thousand years ago - half a million years ago.
