In the dobbs case, which, as people know, explicitly and directly overturned the forty nine year precedent of rovey wade. Maybe we should spend another few minutes talking about what the basis for alido's opinion was that was joined by five justices. And maybe talk about why it is that some justices, even though they agree with the result, feel the need to write separate concurrences. But you want to remind everyone what the holding is, and then why we think it's wrong, and why the descent thinks it's wrong.
