Does the President Have the Capacity to Reduce Polarization?
Has jo byden succeeded in that? Has he diminished, or has he actually exasperated polarization in america through his presidency? I don't think presidents have that capacity. The judiciary is an institution that has been really at the centre ofbak sliding episodes around the world.
