Creating Meaningful Impact

i draw a lot of inspiration from my parents and n ind, the values that they imprinted on me. From a really, really young age, i have always wrestled with this question of how do you create meaningful impact that is authentic to yourself? For me specifically, its one on one relationships that i'm able to build, am where you can crate kind of real, real impact. And so to have a career that alliance can live so perfectly well with that personal ethos has been really special.
