The Oxfordshire Protest

There are no physical barriers. It's more of a permitting system. So they can better keep track of how many cars are moving through a specific space at a specific time. And I think there is a fine system in place if you're going through too often. That's my understanding. If you go too many, you get fined. This was a huge deal considering like Oxford, I've never been there. There were researchers who were saying that there was evidence that people had been kind of bust in from outside the area to protest.
