Scaling - The Most Important Metric

The most important metric that means anything to the business is what's called your break even row as. So click through rate and frequency are your two kind of metrics that we look at. We just started working with everybody all the time and we just kind of like started overloading ourselves with working with all these agencies, which was tough in the beginning. But now we can handle it and it's predictable so we know how many assets we need for a month. You have to watch that see metric. It's really very mindful of what your click through looks like.
