How to Create a Great Mobile Site

A new study from Google audited 460 sites in EMA. What we see is first of all, speed and needs to be fixed. Then it's about findability - this is something that I've been pushing for quite some time. The navigation and the site search are usually a horrible experience. And Sweden and the Nordics, they're so good at creating beautiful, wonderful sites but really horrible when it comes to information architecture and clarity.
