The value of a crionic kind of big enough that i'm happy to pay the life insurance that pays for my chronics. Some probability of cryonics working, and i think it's better than five % chance of work. Why do we want to have current humans alive long into the future when we could just as easily replace one with other humans? The sheer value of being alive, there is not much difference here. However, we lose a lot of things when people die. All that human capital that's been very slowly amassed,. som in some cases, even wisdom has been learned through a lifetime.
