Advil is acetaminophen, but it's the brand name. So that feels very American. I was on a ski trip with Stacey's dad and brother when they asked for ibuprofen. You can only buy two packs of 16 tablets in each pack at US pharmacies. There are no limits on those as well - you can overdose if you want.
