How to Build an Artificial Team

I wanted to get your perspective on, and we talked a little bit about it is, is kind of building teams. You know, there's obviously all the tech skills required to be,. you know, to be a good engineer, but it's not as like soft skills, that are important to just kind of build an organization. And I think if you take teams through it, like, you know, we talk about the delivery of applications kind of like through the CI CD platform, trying to tell people like, hey, test automation is important, not for correctness. Just automation is important for reducing your cycle time to get things out to production.
