I Don't Like the Speedy Trial

There is no point in doing a Speedy trial with Lotter's true. You can just use a lot of true activation and then allow miners to signal from it right away. I don't think you can have multiple things going at the same time using Bip nine. And maybe we could have modified it to the bit eight without a lot of small stuff because it uses heights. It's a little bit less has a few less edge cases than them.
