Teacher Coaching and Training
One positive element of the school was that they had, you know, a lot of teacher coaching and training. So m teachers did feel like professionals, treated as professional. Each teacher had a teacher supervisor who would come observe their class weekly and meet with them weekly to give them feedback. But even among them, i had teachers tell me that some of the fun of teaching was lost. They were still asked to adhere to these scraps.
