i've always been, my sort of perspective is, when i hear an idea, if i think i'm going off on in the right direction. There are some people with that curious mind set where i think, k i going right? And it just, it's a real fun element to start to value opinions of others ahead of yourselves and you seek to understand before being understood. Opens youp new perspective. But equally ada od say that i think the new generation of leaders coming through, i think they are more connected, the more integrated. I now it's a little bit of aclecia, but their mind thinks wider than probably my generation as well.
